The staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is within reach by tricycle. Robinson's mall is within walking distance. The environment is quiet and enjoyable for joggers.

Great value for money with very clean rooms and friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location was convenient with a supermarket nearby and restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was included in the package.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend! Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and high-speed internet. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to malls and restaurants.
Just a small complaint - the hot shower wasn't consistent and sometimes took a while to heat up. , the room didn't have much natural light coming in, but that's just a personal preference.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. There was parking available and transportation options nearby. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and the underground river. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was informative and helped us with getting permits for the underground river tour. We enjoyed being close to Robinson's mall, where we could go for a jog or visit grocery stores and fine restaurants. we had a great experience!

the staff was very helpful, from giving directions to the nearby supermarket and restaurants, to arranging a permit for the underground river tour. They even rushed us to the airport with just a short time before the counter closed. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the bathroom had hot and cold water and the amenities were promptly delivered upon request. Breakfast was included and provided good options. I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff and their accommodating service.
The hotel could use more dressers or mirrors in the rooms.
